Hello and welcome to, not only the #1 Pink Floyd RoIO website in the world, but the
easiest Pink Floyd RoIO website! Why is it so easy to download the RoIos we host?
WE DO NOT DO TORRENTS!!!! Its ALL web-based! You are here at PFWS, because you obviously want to enjoy a great Pink Floyd community and download some great Pink Floyd concert music. If that is true, you have come to the right place.
I'd first like to explain what our website does, why we are here, and when we came into existence....
PinkFloyd.ws was first registered on
May 15th, 2004 with the goal of
allowing anyone in the world to download (at first speeds) Pink Floyd Concerts known as RoIOs (i.e Legal Bootlegs). Although the owners of this website were sharing these files all the way back into 2001 off of a paid web hosting account with FeverHost.com (whom was the sole sponsor of the website).
The first few months of PinkFloyd.ws, I admit, was pretty bad. The website design we had was horrible, and it generated very little attention. The only thing that kept the website alive was the 12 RoIO albums we had. After spreading the word a bit about PFWS on IRC networks, and various other Pink Floyd forums attention started to steam roll to where it is now.
As of March 16th, 2008 (nearly 4 years ago)
7,948 registered members, which is amazing! Over the last few months we are having on average 39 new registered members daily. Thus making PFWS one of the fastest growing Pink Floyd Communities on the internet.
Even thoughthis information is great.. you want to download free RoIos right? Great.. lets get started.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD ROIOS:
#1 First of all you have to be a registered member. This takes less than a minute, and its 100% free. So CLICK HERE then come back to this thread to learn what to do next!
#2 Once you are a registered member you now have access the Current Password Thread. Which will have our updated Username/Password to be able to download the RoIos with.
#3 Now you have 4 ways to download the RoIOs you are looking for, which i'll explain beow.
#4 Once you are at the page with the RoIos, you will see some advertisements on the top. If you are going to download any of the RoIOs we host, plus click
1 time on any advertisement on the top. We will receive $0.02 - $0.15 each time someone clicks on the advertisement. This helps to assure our website/forum stays on-line.
